I was in M Company, but your name sounds familiar.

Hi - I was there about that time (82-83) and your name sounds familiar.  I have a photo I will send you to see if you recognize a couple of guys.

I remember you. You worked with two goofballs. Will and I forgot the other ones name. They were from Cali and Hawaii.

I was in L 3/2 GSR from May 78 to around May 80, moved to S-3 as a flunky.  This pix brings back memories of the digital camo!

Williamson and Kimbrell

I was in K Troop as a Platoon Leader and XO, and then the SMO.  I remember you.

Hey - how are you?  I'm pretty sure we over lapped at 3/2 ACR before you were SMO - Fred Moorman was SMO while I was there.  CPT Cruz was K Troop CO while I was there.  Pete Johnson (S-2) monitors this site, so you can expect incoming....

I got to K troop as a Platoon Leader when Cpt Harris was the Troop Commander, then Mike Cruz took over.  Sadly Mike Cruz passed away a few years ago.  Im in contact with Pete.  Glad we are still around!

Sad to hear about Mike Cruz.  I knew him with C&C Squadron at Feucht AAF in Nuremburg before he came to 3/2.  I've been in touch with a few others from Amberg in the past few years. SIGO Joe Tucker is in Mississippi. He's on this site, too. Hard to believe it has been 40 years.

Those were times!!

Yes they were Tony!

2d DRAGOONS

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
