Note the "C" is a horseshoe.
I had this added to it afterwards.
Nice tattoo indeed...
That kinda matches my tattoo.....
LMAO....and to many here to mention.
Creeping? It done ran me down!!
Dave we have faith on you and we know that age is creeping on you. LOL Thank you for sharing; nice to see that several of my former platoon members made SGT/E5 (Trasher, Rankin) and that Naveira made SSG. Good soldier all..
Ah crap, sorry guys. Especially you, Robert. I had the '83 photo all the time and hadn't posted it yet. Trooper Haynes graciously sent it to me today for the THIRD TIME!!
You can find it at the following link, on page 4. You can enlarge the photo twice by clicking on it. The second magnification on this one is good enough to count nose hairs!
Robert Haynes ,,If you read this. Could you re-send the 1983 Troop photo. I think a photo from a Digital camera would work better than a cell phone...Thanks.. Eric
Only troop photos I have for C Troop are 1975, 1977, and 1979.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
