I go by Sig, I was in Howitzer company 2/2 from Feb 58 to March 60 when I was discharged from Ft. Hamilton N.Y. I took basic at Ft Meade Md. in April 57 then went to Ft. Chafee Ark. for Artillery trng. on a towed 105. Gyroed over to Germany Feb 58 to Bamberg and ended up at Regimental Commo School where I became a CW operator ( morse code  ) and operated an ANGRC-19 in an M-59 PC my 25 months in Germany. Gyroed over in Feb58 with the Cav on the USS Rose and returned stateside on the USS Buckner in March of 60.

Carl, I would guess that grid was about PA042088 a little right and short of the radar registration point of 0409, but it’s been several decades!

Do you scuba dive?

if you do, the 3 of us might be able to go together!!

Dont be surprised if you dont recognize me...I'm just a bit larger than the last time that I saw you!!!

anyway, Handville and I are planning on doing some diving while I'm over there!

He keeps on telling me that the water is really warm there most of the time, so i've got to find that out for myself.

I just wanted to drop in and say howdy!!

Just for your information, Im heading out to New Jersey later this year to visit with Handville and his wife for a week or so!

I dont know where you live, but it would be great to take some time and see you as well!

I know that we didnt have all that much time to get to know one another once you arrived at How Batt, but I think that we can correct that in short order!!
