Perez, what is your regular e-mail address? I think you had given it to me. I was blowing up in size some photos, I was wondering if you might be able to put some names with the people. You might reconize some, I think Slepski is in one of these photo's were we had sent a platoon down to Bad Tolz to serve as aggressor troops for the Special Forces. I have been try to remember when I had gone down with the platoon. It was before you had came to I Troop, but thought you might know some of them. My E-mail is wedtx@aol.com. Take Care.

Hey, guys did I tell you about the Police Call Goat that I troop used, or had to police Amberg? I do not know where this goat came from but we used it when we had to pick up all the papers, cigarette buts and other trash. He loved the filter- tipped cigarettes butts. He was a vacuum cleaner (see picture, I am the guy with glasses). Instead of spending a couple of hours in police call, we spend one goat-hour.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
