Don't you "Troopers Panic" the Patriot Militia is still alive.  Boy those Big Blue fans sent a great picture to Dave, good thing they didn't put his email on the sign!  GO PATRIOT'S!  from C trp scout in NH.

It was a classic, great pro games Sunday, both went down to the wire.

Ronny, Jerkens love for everything OK started as a child his hero was Micky Mantle. (Guess you knew that) Most people picking favorite Bama to win and I understand why but maybe have enough left in them from OU game to pull it off, if they can keep it close.

Ernie, you should have been the winner in both pro games yesterday. Very unusual play, Titan QB completed pass to his self. Some luck to this game.

Georgia will not have the running yards against Alabama they had vs. O.U. Saban will make the freshman QB beat him with more passing. Should be a classic .

For the last 34 years we've had New Yorker ( Big Al Jerkens ) as the main sport-caster on one of our TV stations in Tulsa. Also does three hours a day sports call-in on the radio with a ex- Oklahoma State football coach Pat Jones Well like gentleman who is retiring to Florida on 2-1-18.

The reason I mention this you might recognize the last name. His father Allen Jerkens was a hall of famer horse trainer, Brother Jimmy is still a trainer. Father had horses that defeated Riva Ridge and Secetariat . Don't think I spell that last horse name correct.

Not really anybody left I want to root for Ernie, so I guess I will go with the winner of my conference, them Damn Rams. Either that, or I'm rooting for the guy driving the casualty cart in every game.

For what it’s worth my predictions for this football weekend. College Championship: Georgia over Alabama (got to love dawgs young freshmanQB)
In NFL Wildcard: Atlanta over Rams, KC over Titans, Jags over Bills, Saints over Carolina.

Ronny, that was some game!  Sorry about the loss for OU. I thought their was no stopping OU in the first half, then those Dawgs must have ate something during halftime.

Dave it looks like we both have to find a team to root for in NFL playoffs

It was a thriller, best team won. Always next year for the fans but not always for the players. New players come and some move on. Losing Mayfield but have a double threat five star taking his place.( Tyler Murray) five star rated QB out of Allen, Texas will replace him. With Murray at the helm his team won three high-school state championships with a record of 42-0.

Thought O.U. with 55 seconds left in the game and also in first overtime was way to conservative. Should have told Mayfield to go win it He might have did it.

Don't know if Gene Beck is into sports or not but flagship university from his state and mine is teeing it up for a chance to get to the big game next week. One of our teams is going to play for a so called National championship..................................................... Go Sooners

Happy New Year.

Yup, we both have some tough games left. But this is when the tough get going!

Pep talk over. Time for hot cocoa and brandy!
