A little Simon and Garfunkel. OK, a lot, complete with the crackle and pop of vintage vinyl.

anyone watch the Barrett-Jackson Auction last night  the origional Batmobile sold for over $4 million   and Jay Leno tried to help auction off George Bush's pickup for a Veteran's charity to build a home for veteran's or their families who need it and they cost $6 million each (most charity cars were going from $300,000 to $500,000  but the jerks in the audience only bid up to $200,000 and that was Rick Hendricks. So there's where we still stand ( lower than whale crap  in their eyes)

I do have a heat tape and wrappin; however; several years ago I had a "freeze."

SSSsssOOOooo ...

I have taken the extreme stance of drip, drip drip, and on really cold nites, more, more ,more.

I recall the tearing off and the misery out there that morning and the waving about of my hair dryer; it was cold, cold, cold, and it sucked, sucked, sucked!!!

Since it is the Desert, I HATE to waste water, but, UUUuuuHHHhhh. A-Pouring we'll go ...

Thanks Jim, but it was in the "teens" last nite and no freeze with the drip, drip, drop-drip.

Ennyway - Thanks Brother

John Boyd, about your water lines.

Have you thought about wrapping them with a heat tape and fiberglass insulation? You wouldn't need to let your water drip on the cold nights.

I have my lines wrapped and never have them freeze, even when it goes below zero.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
