103 on my front porch, elect bill is gonna be very high. A/C is running all the time.

Had a VA appt. this morning, my regular doc is on vacation, so they worked me into a doc I,ve never heard of, anyway my pain meds were 10 days late.  At least I finally got them.  It has been a rough 10 days.

No rain in sight here, nothing but hot weather.  The news says Calif. is burning up, glad I,m not a fireman there!

Thanks Tom W.

Got a little rain early this morning, the first in I can't remember how long and not near enough to matter. Sure caught me by surprise, as I didn't watch any news yesterday and don't know if they predicted it. Yesterday was 80 degrees here and today is supposed to be 84. Near 90 tomorrow.
