I'm throwing a compass in my pack.

Hope I've got GPS on my phone. I might need it there.

Hello to all, sure glad to see it was not just me, having trouble entering comments on our net.  I thought it might be on my end, glad it wasn't.  Ning must be having problems.  Hope all are in good health, beginng the new week.   The reunion starting shortly, hope all have a good time that are attending. wish the best for all.

Make sure you tip one to the Regiment the day before you leave. May 23rd is our 181st birthday. My dad passed away May 24, 1983.

Will do, Sig.

Just got back from having my eyes dilated at the VA and I'm having a little trouble focusing on the computer. Sure was bright driving home, even though it's overcast with a slight drizzle.

Good Morning Troopers ... ..

I have been having trouble getting the comment box to load properly of late.

Seems to have loaded this time. We shall see.

Was very sorry to hear of John G Boyd's passing. Gonna miss his chatty discussions and Da Goat. R.I.P. John, catch ya at the Green!  Toujours Pret!

Had a visit to the Medic last week. Routine check up, all is well. No new meds, logged as fit for duty.

We are still in the Tampa Area until May 24, when we'll begin our Northward Trek. Planning to stop a week in SC, then travel on to MA, arriving by May 31st. Have a grand daughter Graduating HS on June 4th. Same girl was in a car wreck last week (hers) , She's all right, the car is a mess.

Would have loved going to the Reunion, but just not in the cards for this time.

Hope all are doing well or at least in reasonable health. Will try to get on as often as I can on our travels.

Enjoy the day, Take care ... ..

Hello everyone, long time no see.

I just popped in when I saw that John Boyd had passed and wanted to say that I was very sorry to hear that.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
