Gene,  Glad you made it, you say you are 81, I turned 85 on the 6th, I am like you don't know where all of the years has gone too.  Wish I was still able to get around and do things like I use to.  Being in this wheel chair stops the get up and go.  But not down and out.  Take care.

I've been waiting for a tale or two about the reunion in Williamsburg. Did anyone take in any of the sites in the area?
Did anyone get tipsy and chase the girls, dance on the table tops or was it one of those things in the bar where you say to the guy on the next stool " I'll believe your lies if you believe mine.
If I'm still above earth sure going to try to make the next one. Have been in that casino and others in the area. Will say I didn't like the way they did business, but it's only few hours drive for me. Looking forward to seeing the " City of Fountains ". Will try to a little recon in that area and give a report in the next couple of years.

Good morning Troopers ... ..

Able to get back on again this morning. Wife is at ceramics class and I'm at sister-in-law's house using her Wi-Fi. Should be on again on Thursday, when over at the daughter's house.

Hope everyone had a good weekend and the Ladies a good Mother's Day.

The temps are already hitting the mid to upper 90's and humidity is beginning to rise. Time to head North!

Enjoy the day the Lord has made, be glad and rejoice in it. Take care, Toujours Pret!

Mornin Dave, all's well down here in the southwest, weathers nice, not to warm, Friday's Honor Guard and supposedly they are going to open the Tower on the 26th, my first day will be 6/1/17 if all goes according to plans. Had some rain a week ago that deposited some more snow at the Tower ( Elev. 7720 ) Fishin's been good, biggest Bass so far, 20" a little over 4 lb.

Good afternoon Troopers ... ..

HAPPY MOTHER's DAY to all the Ladies!

I'll weigh in on the Age Thing - I will turn 72 in June of this year.  My, how the time is flying!!

Took a "selfie" the other day, not the greatest of shots. The week of May 24th, we will head North for the Summer, minus a working awning on the camper. The wind folded it like an accordion, last weekend.

We did manage to get it rolled back in, so we can go on down the road.

Hope that all are doing fairly well in health and life.

Enjoy the day, take care. I will check in when I can, wi-fi permitting.

Toujours Pret!

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
