Harry, like they say, "If we knew then, what we know now"  but even though the new kids are here, they don't know what we know. They only know what they know.

They'll learn soon enough, then they'll think they know what we know.  But we know different.   We know that now.

I went to NY this past week.  Naturally I wore my 2nd ACR hat.  Two people stopped me, one in a restaurant - 2nd Cav in Ft Polk sometime in the 80's

The other stopped who was in Germany with the 11th Cav.

Interesting

Dave, the president of our Veterans group is 1st Cav Korea

Happy TOUJOURS PRET  July 4th to all.  Stay out of trouble.

Dave, my sympathies,  that is a lot of hurt to take.

For Veteran's day, because of your info, all they are going to do is say "Those that were in the Korean War, please stand".

If anyone want to stand because they were in during those years they will be lying to themselves.

I am ready with the Veteran's Day DVD.   Just waiting for more veteran's pictures.

It's very enjoyable working on the Veteran's committee and I believe I finally got respect for the Cold War Veterans.

We're dinosaurs Dave.  Out with the old, in with the new.  They call it progress.  We call it bullshit.

Well...as far as I know, the museum is in danger of closing for lack of government funding/backing. Just like with our Regimental Band and black berets.....if the powers that be say we can't have them, then they go away.

If it is closed, everything in the museum will probably be distributed throughout the Army museum system, including everything I've donated over the years. I'm pretty upset. First my websites, and now my museum. I'm beyond upset, I'm pissed!!!

A father buys a lie detector robot that slaps people when they lie.

He decides to test it out at dinner one night. The father asks his sBon what he did that afternoon.

The son says, "I did some schoolwork."

The robot slaps the son.

The son says, "Ok, Ok. I was at a friend's house watching movies."

Dad asks, "What movie did you watch?"

Son says, "Toy Story."

The robot slaps the son again.

Son says, "Ok, Ok, we were watching Stormy Daniels movies."

Dad says," What? At your age I didn't even know what dirty movies were."

The robot slaps the father!

Mom laughs and says, "Well, he certainly is your son."

The robot slaps the mother.

Robot for sale!
