Thanks Harry. Sorry to hear about Margie. Wow, she sure stacked up some years! A very fitting day to be laid next to her husband.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody. Gobble-gobble.

So Thanksgiving at the Warner's has gone from a max of 13 to just Jo and me. (I guess it's like Oldtimers, but different.)   Kids nowaday seem to have different ideas and views of most things that WE grew up with.  Those that have been here for a while might remember Jo's mom, Margie.  Margie passed on November 9th, 1 month shy of 99 years old.  On December 7th, her birthday, we have arranged to have her interred next to her husband, a WWII veteran. The National Military Cemetery is just above Ft Dix.  Havent't been up that way since I left basic training in 1961.

I can't help but feel for all those folks in California who are going through hell just to exist day to day.  The mind can't comprehend what it must be like.

I hope all that can, have a Happy Thanksgiving.  To those that can't, I sincerely hope better days are coming.

Thank you all for your birthday wishes.  A keg of LOUVENBRAU HOF would have sufficed.

My missus took me on a short cruise this week and it was filled with an Airforce Reunion from 1968 -1975

Toujours Pret

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
