I was thinking it was the building where the PX was upstairs and the barber shop was downstairs in the cellar. It's been so long.

Pat Biddy remembers what it was. Maybe the library? Across the road was the old Quonset hut, and off the right a little ways down the hill was headquarters building. The ammo dump is in the general direction Biddy is pointing, the main gate the opposite way.

The building looks familiar. Can't place it though.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
