Here is a Letter of Appreciation from COL Calvert and myself, (both USA Retired), to Rob Nelson IV. He established and administers the D CO 1/2 ACR Facebook Group for Dakota Company troopers. Dakota Company was our theme during the Companys participation is Operations Desert Shield and Storm.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
