No sleep for 3 days, seeing things that weren't there.  I suppose we were lucky to not have blown up something we were not to during the live fire part of this event..

Now there is a image I will never forget, or the smells that went with it, days or weeks in the field with no shower coming back to the barracks, a whole squadron of stinking Cavalry men, everyone trying to put all the gear away and get cleaned up and get downtown to start enjoying Germany.
