Tell us a little about your cav days.
It was during the days of the Cold War. My unit was an Artillery unit assigned to support the 2nd Squadron of 2nd Cav. The Squadron patrolled the Hof/Coburg borders. I was in the "Detail" platoon that supported the Artillery. My job was Communications. In 1973 we loaded onto trucks to be flown to Israel to stand against the Russian troops. never happened.
Tell us a little about you now.
I work in a Psych hospital, talking with people who have had too had of a time. People with PTSD, Depression, or other mentally disabling disorders. I've put in over 14 years on the psych floor dealing directly with these human beings. some who want help and some who want to go back to their alcohol or drugs as their support.
Name a few buddies you served with that you would like to find.
