This was probably the last thing SSG Brow saw before I hit him with a flying tackle and put out his flames just past the first hour of July 25, 1974. I think I must have still had this same expression as I ran away from C15 just seconds before it blew up.

For the twisted few of you out there like me who have lost anal retention over the closing of the 2d Cavalry's Reed Museum in 2006, I have some good news. Things are finally moving forward towards getting the "Reed" opened up again in Vilseck, Germany, after being in limbo for three years.
The Regiment has a building at their home on Rose Barracks in Vilseck…

9th Colonel of the Regiment David R. Clendenin 29 Oct 1888 – 2 Apr 1891
This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.

I got a message from
J Mclaughlin's Page says
Good Day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on where his email is for the full details.
Have a nice day
Thanks God bless. Scammers are using this same message around the internet to get money from your bank saying you win money. I speak German and this persons Englisch is terrible. I served on the Rock in Bindlacher Burg Delta Company also helped with head start German since I spoke it anyway. Harry Mills was my tank commander. I was the driver. He told me that when I drove it was like driving on a cloud. I am the only one who like going to the wash rack.
The reason I have 3 accounts is keep forgetting passwords lol

No Dave, that's not the Dave Clark that I know, the one that I know was my Plt. Ldr. while in C Trp 1st Plt. on late 1979 until 1981, he then was selected and became the newly promoted BG Robert Wagner (Dueler) Aide the Camp at the 3rd ID, About 2 years forward then CPT. Dave Clark commanded a Troop of 3/7 Cav (I think A Trp.), David Sheridan Clark is now a retired LTC residing in Tennessee. To the Captain Clark on your photo - "Rest In Peace my Brother and Thank Your For Your Service and Ultimate Sacrifice."
