Things are kind of wet here, but, it's better than those sand storms we had in the desert, hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday.

Hell yes I remember you, it has been along time, glad to hear from you, I found Musselman, Oman, Altenhoffen, Stanford, Vail, Eubanks and a few others on Facebook, I am in GA now, I got out of the Army in '95 and started driving trucks and been doing that ever since, don't know if you have heard about Sgt Burns, but, he committed suicide in '96, I heard that last year from Stanford. I hope all is well with you.

Edgar, I noticed you were on the 2d Dragoons site looking for yearbooks. I have the 1989-91 yearbook posted here. You can see the complete book.

Please, call me Dave.

I just met Lt. Gen. McMaster at the reunion. He was our guest speaker. I ran into him and his father in the bar prior to the banquet and asked if he would sign a copy of his report on the Battle of 73 Easting I was donating for the auction. He was totally amazed I had a copy and didn't even know the publication existed.

As for Scott Messier, he hasn't been active here since 2009 but he was on Facebook last July. Here is his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/scott.messier.3?fref=ts

Really glad to have you aboard. The 2d Cavalry Association is in the process of turning its leadership over to the Gulf War guys as us Cold War troopers are getting a little long in the tooth. You were part of the transition back then and can be again now.

Welcome to Dragoon Base, Edgar. Make yourself at home.

Are you anywhere near Williamsburg? Our 2017 2d Cavalry Association reunion will be there. We just finished up the 2015 reunion at Valley Forge and it was a huge success.
