My wife and I live in the GREAT state of Florida
I feel old as shit and sound like my father, i.e., "When I was your age....", Lol. I really do miss those days!!!
Glenn,
How the hell are you as It has been 37 years? I am not sure of you remember me as I was with 2nd platoon uner SFC Johnson and SSGT Fuqua was my TC. I hung around with King, Tuttle, Forehand, etc..
Here's a response to an old post from your. Yes, armored vehicles from units pulling border duty (e.g. 2 ACR, 3-4 Cav, 3ID(M), could in fact enter the 1 K zone but not cross the "50 meters to border" line.
Greetings Glenn! I had the pleasure of having Mathew O'Connel as 1SG in Company H (after Freddie Chapman) --albeit for a very short time. He was really one of a kind -- great NCO!
John Lazaro (Formerly "LT Lazaro")
Glen, what is your opinion of the suppressor push that is going on now? They are legal now in Tx., but with a lot of rules.
Glen
It would be great to get some pictures of our platoons. I can't remember most of the guys I served with. Great to hear from you.
This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
