When I got out of the Army I went from carpentry to woodworking (no real money there) and finally to jewelry.Yeah the price of silver for us has been painful it's risen %130 since last march.Do customers care?No,they only care about the price I charge for my finished pieces.Obviously I can't pass on that sort of increase,so we just keep sucking it up.Its bound to crash,when?who knows.

After I left Germany I signed up in the Army Reserve as a Combat Engineer, served until 1992 and my wife said she wanted me out because of the stuff going down in the Middle East. Been slumming away if a factory other than that. Boring quiet life. Just the way I like it. 8 )
