Many days in border camps. Just as my Grandfather served with the Cav in the Border of Texas. long datys on REFORGER. Made many great friends.Very little time at home. Gunnery to border, ARTPS, fix tracts, regroup back to CAMP Rotz. Consectively From 1906 to current time, all males 12 in all, in the DeLaRosa family have served in the Cav.My son is due to be promoted to 06 in Jan. Cav officer

Retired in Salado Texas. Just outside Killeen. MS degree. Many years as Probation officer. Worked with VA in Temple. Just sold my couseling srevice to my daughter. Plan to lay low and enjoiy my retirement.

I also retired from the military as an E8, did my last 5 yrs as an I.G. and retired not too long after the Gulf War... Let me hear from you.
