Hey SGT Weber, I recognize you now. You guys were a little wild back then, but you had a good excuse you were young and just having fun. But you know what, that was my last assignment and you guys were simply the best mechanics I ever worked with and supervised. I was looking at one of my old evaluations the other day and one of the comments said we had maintained over 95% readiness rate for 12 straight months and I immediately thought, it wasn't me it was all the good young mechanics and NCO's that worked for me. So thanks very much for all your efforts back then and for all your military service. What are you doing these days? Email me at jimmie.henry@att.net

Hey SGT Weber, I remember you. I was the Squadron Motor SGT OCT 85 - late 87. Last I heard Arbogast was still in Germany working for a contractor in Hohenfels. Do you remember that big tall red headed guy that went surfing on a car hood and almost killed himself? Sometime in late 86 or early 87, they combined HHT and SQDN maintenance, so you guys worked for me for a while. I remember you as being an excellent wheel mechanic. I also remember SGT Percy, Arbogast and a couple of others in your section. Good to see you are doing well in life. MSG retired Jimmie M. Henry

2d DRAGOONS

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
