Does anyone a 2nd ACR guidon? Where can one be obtained and how is it supposed to look? I was HHT 2nd ACR and would like a guidon to reflect that.ThanksLGContinue

Tell us a little about your cav days.
I worked in the Message Center under Lt Ward, then in the Regt. HQ under Major Zarch. I had a great 16 months, couldn't wait to go home, sent to Nam for my last 9 months service and wish I could have gone back to the 2nd. and stayed for 20.

9th Colonel of the Regiment David R. Clendenin 29 Oct 1888 – 2 Apr 1891



This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
