Tell us a little about your cav days.
Arrived in Germany when I was 17 and assigned to "B" troop when I met my best friend Maxie Collier. A black man from California who took me under his wing and lent me uniforms until mu duffle bag was found. We were best of friend until he went back to his reserve unit. Ray Brim was another guy who we had a band that played in Bayreuth at a club. I sure would like to catch up with them.
Tell us a little about you now.
Spent a tour in Viet nam and came back to the states and was discharged in 1967. Went to Collage, SMU and took up flying lessons. Became a pilot for Brannif Airlines and then later on with Eastern. Gave all of that up and used my EE degree with Rockwell international. After 35 years of working in the Cellular industry I retired in 2009 and now live in Northern Arkansas

I'd love to help, Phil, but other than pointing you to some yearbooks from back then, not much I can do. Neither one of them are members here at Dragoon Base and I didn't see them listed on the 2d Cavalry Association member list either.
