3/2 ACR L Troop, K Troop and headquarters.
Where were you stationed?
Amberg,Bad Hersfeld Germany, Washington, Colorado, Korea, Fort Hood and Fort Knox
What MOS or job description did you have?
I was in 19 D and also a new equipment training team member.
What was your rank/title?
Sgt. at way too much trouble to keep any rank. Ha ha Ha
What years were you assigned to the 2nd Cavalry?
1980 to 86.
Tell us a little about your cav days.
the Calvary days were the best days of my life. I can remember being in camp Reed and May like it was yesterday.
Tell us a little about you now.
I am retired Army.I live in Michigan and a human service worker for nonprofit. I'm a college junkie love the feeling of riding my quad and mountain bike first thing in the morning. Been married to the same woman for 30 years. I have three children and three grandchildren. I live in the country away from the big city.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
