Scott,

How are you doing? I figured you would have stayed in for 20!!! No kidding. I'm not on Facebook but I guess that would be a good way to keep in touch. I left Active duty about the same time. Wanted to get into flight school ended up in law enforcement. I ended up working for Homeland Security. And that keeps me in and out of OCONUS. I'm in Manasss, VA. I remember all those guys but can't picture Oman? What about Scott from Massachuett's that married a gal from Nuremberg, remember him? have you ever made any of the Regimental reunions? I'm thinking about next's years. What about that other guy from Colorado, African American built like a fireplug? Well, keep in touch. I have a trip to Munich coming up and I'm going to try to get to Nuremberg to see if the old barracks are still there. I think I saw Vail i couple of years back, think he also works for the same agency as I. keep in touch and stay safe on the road.

Scott,

How's it going? Well, don't know if you remember me, Edgar Cardona, we went through basic/AIT and assigned to RS-3 at the same time. What have you been up to? Still in this site? Take care.

Sorry for the bad news. Not sure if you know this, but SGT Burns has passed on, back in the late 90's. I saw his name on your list of hopefully anticipated contacts. I knew him and worked with him in S-3, he was a hell of a good person and soldier. Also knew Musselman and Ronnie (Soup Cooler) Jones. I left HQ evidently right before you got there and went to F Trp. Was SFC Calderon (Hector) your platoon SGT?

I did work for CSM Ross & Col. Holder. Maj. Lute made LTG. I lost contact with Fernando Quiroz. Last I heard, he was in Miami.

Toujours Pret Scott,
Welcome to the new DragoonBase, the site has plenty of newer features, lots of sub-groups,(ie,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc.) and links for 2nd Cav News and History.
Robb Russell has posted some tips for navigating the site(ie,photos, ect) in the Forum.
And his only wish that ‘We keep it clean’, use our real names/with pictures, and you tell all your friends about the new DragoonBase.

Thanks Again for joining,
Jesse Kelley
