Speed,

Exchanged emails with Cal Hosmer.  The Govers visited with them last summer so it was great that you'd tickled my memory bank about Don as well.  They live in Fort Worth. Cal said to give you his best.

Welcome to Dragoon Base neighbor!  I don't know about you but I'm kinda missing those nice summer days we had around the Rock as compared to what we're coming into here in central florida!  regards, Greg Miller, C troop mechanic

Speed,
I received this one, but apparently not the one you sent earlier.

I've bumped into John Moncure on here, but am not really aware of what he's been up to.
Maybe the best way to connect initially is by email.  Mine is bbarry8417@gmail.com what's yours?

Yes I do, and this is the only picture I have of him. I think it was FTX, and Sgt. Villie ran over his jeep, actually only the gun tube hit the jeep. He was not happy. We got along pretty well, I talked him into giving us bus to go to a 3 day concert, which he did, but only the one way. We had to find our own way back, walked all Sunday night from Wurzburg to Bamberg, to make it to Monday morning formation.

2d DRAGOONS

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
