Hey, Steve:

I remember you from the Third Herd. I am trying to remember but can't seem to recall if SFC John (PJ) Morrow was the platoon sergeant back then. Damn, lots of good memories from back then. I could still take a map and go to all those old radar sites in both the Pitman and Gates sectors. Froze my butt a lot of nights.

Hey Larry, welcome to Dragoon Base.

Looks like you got there about the time I left. C Troop was at Camp Pitman when I left in February '75. Quite a few C Troopers from that time are here, including Tom Molino the CO and 1SGT Jack Miller.

Gene Beck is here. A good friend of mine. Kick your boots off and make yourself at home. Check out the oldtimers group. That's where most of the action is.

Toujours Pret!

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
