Connecting the Troopers of Today with the Veterans of Yesterday.

1/2 ACR BIndlach, Germany; Christensen Barracks

I have been trying to reconnect with anyone serving in the 1/2 ACR Christensen Barracks in Bindlach, Germany during 1969 - 1972.

Please let me know if you were there.

Thanks

Hi Mike! I'm retired now and really enjoying it. You were in A troop when I was in Delta company. What was the feud between Charlie troop and Howitzer Battery? I remember riots happening between these two at Graf?

I was in Delta company from '71 to '74. Just this year, 2018, I got hearing aids because I've lost almost 50% of my hearing in both ears from firing those 105's and 152's all those years. I suppose the .50 cal and coax didn't help either. Anyway, I can finally hear better after all these years. Going back to Bindlach, Bayreuth, Bad Burnech, etc. is definitely on my bucket list.
