he was stationed in bindlach, germany between 1977 and 1978...his firstname is edgar and his lastname starts with b its burch or butch or something like that....thanks for your help...

so i know where my dad is now it took me almost 33 years to find out the whole story....thanks to all of you who tried to help me you guys are awesome......

hey daniel, im not really sure about the years cause i was born 1978 and i know that my mom didnt stay with him but thats all i know. so its possible that he was in germany longer than 1978. im not even sure about the name and everything its a long long story and im still missing lots of pieces but hopefully i will get there some day...

Hey, Karina. I hope you found your Dad by now. How did he come up missing? Did he just "abandon"
you? i was stationed there in 1979. I missed the date by a year. So he was gone by then. What some soldiers do is marry a good German woman. MAYBE he did that. Americans are very welcome into German Society. Go figure.

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
