Sir,

I served with Scout section, 3rd platoon, E Troop during your command of the 2d Squadron. Thank you for signing my Border Certificate. That certificate means just as much to me now as it did back in 1983.

It was a pleasure to serve under your command Sir.

Toujours Pret!

I sir served under you with the when you commanded the 2nd SQD. Only time my name may have come up was from deadlining to many ITVs and when you loaned me to the base clinic because I held an xray tech mos from reserves at the time. I don'tknow if you recall or not but you had a tiff with some REMF comander about them using the name "Border Inn" for the btln bar. They refused to change the name. This occurred while I was on loan to the clinic. I liberated / stole the sign on your behalf. If you want it you can have it. Dale

Tom, Was good to hear from you, Bill Barry passed the forum on to me and this is a good way to stay in touch. Sorry to hear your wife is down a bit, all the best from us. My operation went well, but I was one sore Camper for awhile. I would have gave up all my extra track pad to have been in Vilseck with you Guys. From what I have heard and read it was a superb event. When you get over this way again let me me know in advance; not many of us left anymore. Top

Toujours Pret Tom,
Welcome to the new DragoonBase, the new Base has plenty of newer features, lots of sub-groups,(ie,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc.) and links for 2nd Cav News and History.
Robb Russell has posted some tips for navigating the site (ie,photos, links, ect) in the Forum.
If you need any help, you can contact Robb, or myself, or just yell out, another member may be able to help you.
And our only wish, ‘Keep it clean’, use our Real names/with Pictures(pix from back in the day, work best for searching for Brothers, but any picture will do.), and that you tell all your friends about the new DragoonBase.

Thanks Again for joining,
Jesse Kelley
