Hey, Doug. I don't live too far from you. I live in Camilla GA, between Albany and Thomasville. My Great Great Grandpa was a canoneer in the battle of Natural Bridge near St. Marks. That battle stopped the Yanks from capturing Tallahassee, the only State Capital in the South that was not captured. The Thigpen Trail that Jackson and the 2nd Dragoons used to get down to Fla. id a few miles from my home. Trouble is, most folks care more about their "face book" page than our history.
