Dragoon Base

Connecting the Troopers of Today with the Veterans of Yesterday.

It's a great day in america. The terorist we sought for so long is dead.I personally want to thank all those involved in the search the last 10 years. We mourn the loss of those that sacrificed all to bring this man down. However the work is not done yet ,there are those that would attempt to take his place. Keep the faith..Toujors Pret !!!

The squids did good.
I was on vacation on a bike tour with the family in Villach, Austria when I heard the news --- I do not mean a Harley, I mean a 12-speed... Anyway, I did the old HooAhh really loud and screamed "we got that rat b@$t@rd!¨" This was Monday at breakfast in a small hotel because of the time difference; the news was shown in text on the dining room TV. Went upstairs and put on my NYFD Engine 23 shirt which I bought some years ago with fellow cavalryman Joe Harten and pedaled all day with renewed energy. I am glad BinLaden got to look at the eyes of the Americans before they double-tapped him. You know he was sh*tt*ng in his golden robe when he heard them clearing the place, room to room, and he was likely thinking "WTF do I do now?".

THEY DOUBLE TAPPED HIM?  I HOPE ONE WENT UP HIS ASS.

Same thing Vearl....hit him in the face!
There's a new coctail! It's called a bin Ladan, two shots and a splash of water!

2d DRAGOONS

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
