Hey Sig,

I am excited.  My neighbor gave me the MFJ-557 oscillator.

I fixed the springs to give me my touch and at 5 characters per word I am operating at better than 16 words per minute.  Back when I was doing 18 wpm so I am not doing bad.  I wish I could transmit but it is only a practice oscillator

How come “fat chance” and “slim chance” really mean “no chance”? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hello Sigmund:  I had not thought much about it until tonight, but please know that I appreciate your efforts to not use Heavenly Father's name in vain. It always amazes me that most people are so careless, and may not even understand, that Heavenly Father is dead serious about when and how we call out His holy name.

What’s the difference between a hippo and a Zippo?  One is very heavy and the other is a little lighter.

Good Wednesday "Hump Day" Afternoon Troopers and Oldtimers!

Aye, Harry, I am still alive and drinking Scotch! I do still get the email notices from Dragoon Base, so keep tabs on the goings on. Unfortunately, the Security on DB and the Security on my laptop don't always see eye to eye and it causes posting problems. So when I visit, I can read but not always able to post. Sometimes I cannot even log in.

Health wise, doing well for a 75 Y.O. Trooper. The Dermatologist took several divots out of my arms and face, recently, but they're healing well. I go see my Primary Care Doc this Friday for a semi-annual Check up. Did Labs on Monday.

Not doing much in the way of traveling. Been parked in the same RV Park for 2 years now. Reasonably close to family and shopping. This COVID-19 has really put a crimp in activities of the social kind. Have managed to NOT catch it, so far!

Happy Birthday Wishes to any that I have missed. Condolences and Prayers for any losses of late.

Just wanted to Check in and say "Howdy!"

2d DRAGOONS

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
