God Bless You Mike Ruotolo, may you rest in peace. After Harry took me in to Oldtimers, you were the first one I met here. I believe you came to HQ HQ Merrill in 59 when I was leaving and we shared some great stories. You will be missed.
This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
