Hey Dave. I do remember that buddy. I'm still amazed at how quickly time flies. If you ever get out to the wild west of New Mexico let's get together. I have a pics of our exploits together in Mike Company. Pete
Hey buddy, All is well here. hope the same is true for you. Has been a long time, Kevin
Hello again old friend,
I am thrilled that you and your family are doing great. I hope the years have faded your memory to the point where your stories of our military adventures together are kind. I vividly recall that we were a real good tank outfit, no, actually a damned great tank outfit, and it was directly because of the tremendous warrior spirit of troopers like you.
I was honored and thrilled to lead great troopers like you, and am blessed to hear from you again.
Well DeKalb County is lucky to have a great cop watching over them....Until we meet again at Fiddlers Green David.....Farewell and Toujours Pret brother.
Pete

This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
