Connecting the Troopers of Today with the Veterans of Yesterday.
Good Day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( officialaishacbdd@gmail.com ) for the full details.
Have a nice day
Thanks God bless
Aisha.
Hello. Your dad was my initial First Sergeant. I was the K Troop CO in 1984 and 1985. COL Bird was the Squadron Commander and CSM Wilson was the top NCO.
I arrived in January of 1981. I was 2 Plt Ldr in I troop, HHT XO, and then Sqdn Maintenance officer. My email is thomasgkilgore@gmail.com
My pleasure. If you have trouble getting into the group, let me know.
I posted a message on Facebook (Pond Barracks page) about your dad and got a couple dozen responses from troopers who served with him, and one guy who said he went to school with you, B. J. Wilhelme.
It would be helpful if you were to leave your name. We have many members from K Troop. You are welcome to join any group if it would help in finding someone who might have known your father. I hope you find someone.
This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.
