This was the third design of the 2d Cavalry DUI, worn from 1924-1931. The sharp points on the ends of the bottom scroll again called for a redesign.

I don't remember you from Delta company but if you were there from 79 to 82 we served together. I did see some of my old friends in your pictures. SFC Webster was my platoon sergeant when i was the Tank Commander of D26 Sgt Chavez was also in your photos and he was my roommate until I left Delta company.
Don't remember you but if you were in Delta company form 79 to 82 I was there from 77-80. You have some pictures of guys I know, SFC Webster was our platoon sergeant when I was with the second platoon. Sgt Chavez was my roommate, and of course Hurst and I were good friends. HiLo was a good buddy of mine as well when we were in the first platoon together. Sorry I can't place you were you in the second platoon and whose tank were you on at the time.
Hi Rick, The very same back to you my friend, and I hope you are doing good. I was going to go up to Baltimore to see my sons and the grandchildren but, had to put it off till some time next month so, my grandniece took me out for breakfast this morning. I also wish to thank you and your wife for the help with the Munchberg search. Dan.
